Business Concept 15: Goal Setting

Goal setting is something every entrepreneur should practice every week.

Every day if you ask me, considering each day makes a part of a week.

And of course, each week is a part of a lengthier time.

Having long-term goals (five years), intermediate-term (3 years), short-term (one year), and immediate (the next month) is absolutely crucial for success.

As important as goal setting is Tracking.

Systems need to be put in place to be sure you are focused on your goals.

Being distracted from your goals is the single reason why attaining set goals seem near unattainable

Tracking doubles its value when it is followed periodically with Review

Take a break, look at what has taken place within the said period of time

Make informed decisions based on what your tracking speaks to you

Make sure to make your goals visual, so you see them.

Key Takeaway

Being distracted from your goals is the single reason why attaining set goals seem near unattainable

Share them with someone to hold you accountable

A Mentor,

A Partner,

A Boss

Always set goals that are numerical and measurable-for example: I want to have five new customers by next month or I will double my profits by July.

Setting a timeline and defining clearly what you wish to attain by that time

It relates to just about everything

Your business, your relationships, your life

Another business concept, another post, another day.

See you then!
